Applicants must prepare to submit the following requirements for further assessment:
1. Company Logo
2. DTI / Sec Certificate
3. BIR Certificate
4. Business Permit / Mayor’s Permit
5. Updated CV / Company Profile
6. Valid ID 2pcs (at least 1 must be government-issued)
7. Profile ID Picture (for LEAP ID use) – HD Quality
8. Business Related Training Certificates (for companies 3years below)
